The room layout didn't match the photos. But it was comfortable and spacious with a kitchen. The windows blocked out any street noise well. Neighborhood seemed pretty safe. My wife took walks with the dog, and had no trouble by herself. Parking was 30 Reais for guests, good for 24 hours in and out. WiFi worked well, good tv channel selection.

Clean n big Rooms. TV for all rooms. Toilets big n clean. Soundproof doors. Breakfast having good spread. Safety n security is good. Location debatable since I went for work so no problem. But i cannot choose this location for leisure trip as it’s far from centres.
